  • It is a virtual space where users can interact with each other as they would in the real world, sharing their interests in fashion, trends, and sneakers in general.

  • Login / sign-in

    Any user with an active FOOTDISTRICT account can login to the app.

    1. Open the app and, on the home screen, choose the option: “I already have an account”.
    2. Accept the terms and conditions of the app.
    3. Enter the email address and password of your FOOTDISTRICT customer account.

    If an error message is displayed, check that the email and information are correct. If you do not remember your password, follow the password reset process.

    Registration / sign-up process

    Users who do not have a FOOTDISTRICT account. By creating an account on the Outer Shelf, a customer account will also be automatically created on the FOOTDISTRICT website.

    1. Open the application and, on the home screen, choose the option: “Create new account”.
    2. Accept the terms and conditions of the app.
    3. Complete the profile details.
    4. Accept the FOOTDISTRICT privacy policy and newsletter subscription.
    5. Wait for the successful registration message.

    If an error message is displayed, it may be because there is already a FOOTDISTRICT customer account linked to that email address.

  • You can create an avatar and customize it by wearing some of the most iconic outfits from the biggest fashion brands in the world, including Nike, adidas, The North Face, Filling Pieces, and Hélas.

    You can also engage with other people, participate in games and events, and even see and buy your favorite brands from our website through the virtual recreation of our Barcelona store.

  • To be able to buy you must first access the Barcelona store that we have recreated for the application. By clicking on a product, you will be able to see it in detail on the FOOTDISTRICT website, where you can place the order normally using your account.

  • Harassment, discrimination or other actions aimed at harming members of the Outer Shelf community will not be tolerated. This includes comments that may be considered sexist, racist, xenophobic, lgtbiphobic or that violate the dignity of the participants as individuals or as groups.

  • The commission of illegal, dangerous or activities that threaten the safety and/or well-being of the members of the Outer Shelf community is not allowed. Neither the intention nor the incitement to carry them out will be tolerated.

  • It is not allowed to use or share content considered inappropriate, such as:

    • Sexual content
    • Violent content
    • Content related to tragic circumstances or events

  • In addition to constituting an offence under the Criminal Code, impersonation is prohibited in Outer Shelf.

  • Multiple accounts are not allowed. Any breach of this rule will result in the immediate expulsion of Outer Shelf.

  • We recommend that you do not use or share sensitive personal information within OS, such as phone numbers, emails, passwords, bank details, etc.

    FOOTDISTRICT will never ask you for this data by email, although our Customer Service team can randomly request some data to verify your identity.

  • Affected users may block communications (both voice and text), with those participants whose actions pose a nuisance, aggression or breach of the Outer Shelf rules.

    In addition, Outer Shelf has a reporting system that can be used when someone misbehaves with the rest of the community.

  • If the Outer Shelf moderation team detects a serious misconduct, the offenders will be penalized or expelled immediately.

    Those who do not follow these principles will be temporarily blocked or permanently expelled from Outer Shelf.
